Thank you for your feedback! The onset of the pandemic placed a spotlight on the need for change. Our telemarketing department was eliminated at the beginning of the pandemic due to the ever increasing regulations and penalties for calling new business owners on their cell phones when the cell phone was the only registered number for new businesses. This was a difficult decision for all involved. We certainly tried our best to provide a smooth transition for our colleagues success.

Pros

They have a great training process towards the basic products in their suite

Cons

There is no direction, Talus makes promises of making their employees “relationship builders”. In reality, they are asking their employees to be door-to-door salesmen. They have constantly dropped the ball with poor leadership and lack of planning.

Thank you for your feedback! The Solution Consultant role is promoted as an entrepreneurial position with a support structure. It is an in-field role to build a book of business. We are merchant payment processing, so in person allows for an active visual assessment of the prospect's challenges which can then transition to a solutions proposal. Is it challenging? You bet it is! Do we have some work to do? Absolutely! But we believe in our approach of no contracts and work to earn our customer's business every day! We are consolidating systems and processes while actively in the market. Each day we get a little better and we hope that you are making your way to your best success ahead!

Thank you for your feedback! While there is a strategic direction for the company as noted in the mission, vision and values the path to achieve those broad strokes can appear to be chaotic, confusing and unnecessary from many vantage points. Keep in mind, that as an organization we are still integrating acquisitions within the company fabric. This can take longer than anyone likes and make leadership appear frozen. This process takes everyone throughout the organization to be successful and is a test of patience too. We have to be thoughtful in our approach to ensure that everything works seamlessly. . Please feel free to provide your input through the company channels and we look forward to a successful result!
