Company moving in the right direction.

Cons

To get a pay increase you have take a test and pass with 80. Pretty sure the managers don't have to take a test to get a pay increase.

Pros

Talus Payments values every employee and is continuously works towards improving benefits, employee satisfaction, and improving processes to make our jobs easier. Every quarter the senior management team hosts a company wide meeting to discuss financial performance, projections, new products announcements, upcoming HR benefits, and other relevant topics. It is very refreshing to work for a company so open with all levels of the employees.

Cons

Too much work to complete in a normal work day, so there is a lot of late nights and weekends.
