      Pros

      I love my job! The energy is off the charts. Talus is growing with excitement in every way possible. Technology, New 401 K, benefits, just good people. Check us out we have the best Tech support, Client service, IT, HR , Team building. Our CEO he has monthly round tables with a group from each department. They have a sit down lunch where they just talk about what ever questions they have or concerns. I coordinate these groups and have heard nothing but wonderful feed back.

      Cons

      Frankly I can only thing of one thing there are a few whom do not embrace change.

      Pros

      It is an organization that is thinking ahead. We have new leadership with new ideas to take us to the next step and beyond. Very opened door environment. Fun, interactive , engaging, and positive dynamic.

      Cons

      There are always opportunities to hone in on. You have some great new leadership with exciting ideas, however, I don't see them having the resources or opportunities to carry them out.

      some of the best reasons that make Talus a great work place. When you start working for a company you always want the opportunity to grow within that company. One of the things I love so much about Talus is promotion within the company. I mean who doesn't want to grow with a company you work for? We have an amazing HR Department that will send out notifications to every department anytime a position opens up to allow you better yourself and make more $$$. Most companies just hire from the outside and look over the hard workers they already have within the company but not Talus. We are given the chance to apply 1st. I started as a Marketing Rep now I work in the Banking Department. So if you're looking for growth in the work place then Talus is the place to be!

      Cons

      I can only think of 2 downsides to working for Talus. We had no 401K and our health benefits were a bit pricey. Let me just say that this is no longer a issue because we have a awesome upper management team that care about there workers. They made changes to our insurance and it's now so affordable and we will now have a 401K plan starting. :-)
