I love working for Talus Payments, I have been working for this company for almost 3 years and have worked my way up in this company to be where I am today. The positivity and the continuous support from Management makes the work days not so long. Seeing the status of the company now versus when I started is an amazing transformation. * Great Pay and Benefits *Great Hours *Great co workers who will always consider you family instead of just another face.

Cons

Having PTO spread out, would rather have it all at once vs scattered through the year.

Pros

Awesome atmosphere. I love my co-workers and managers. Management is always doing lunches, contests, etc to show appreciation and motivate employees. The benefits are good as well. All around, it's a great place to work.

Cons

Would like to have more opportunity for advancement and company's policy for testing up for pay increases is not followed in every department as it is supposed to be.

Pros

Talus has been a great company to work for over the past few years. It is a growing company and there are new opportunities opening up monthly. It has allowed me to meet my financial goals and with the Mon-Fri schedule I get to spend more time with my family. Each year that I have worked here they have made it a point to make enhancements year over year. Those enhancements range from pay to benefits and even enhancements to software and equipment. Overall I have enjoyed my time with Talus and look forward to many more years to come.

Cons

Early on I was disappointed that there wasn't a 401K offered but Talus will be rolling out a 401K in 2018 so that is no longer an issue.
