Pros

It was great when the Old CEO Ron H was there! He was truly Hands ON with all the TGH employees & Genuinely Cared.

Cons

I left after working there 7+ years after James Burkhart became CEO He has no business being in Health-CARE because he truly does not care about anything but the $, & the employees, the organization, & most importantly the patients suffer

Pros

Great employees who want to work, learn, and advance but management is the problem.

Cons

Management staff does not have the qualifications to manage and everyone ever dealt with, micromanaged. Poor at leadership, mentor ship and advancing their employees.

good benefits, good hard working employees.

Cons

Human Resource Reps do not help the employees, they are all for management. Its time that they listen to the employees and believe that their concerns are real and important. Management is not always right and they don't treat employees with respect.
