      Pros

      Many of the employees have been at the company 5 and 10 years plus, and many start here right out of college and stay their whole careers. Your earnings come in proportion to your effort in most positions, so it's a perfect place if you're a self-motivated go-getter- your income will grow year over year. Leadership is excellent- supportive without micromanaging. Fun environment- work hard, play hard atmosphere.

      Benefits could definitely be better.

      Work from home flexibility Room for growth (if you bring in the big bucks, otherwise you'll get canned or abused so much you'll want to jump out the 5th floor window after swallowing cyanide) Good press (although this comes from the deceitful marketing, like the numbers they give out about employee turnover and number of layoffs, they claim its low and 0, respectively, but it's a lie; I was actually laid off myself during a time period when they claimed they had 0 layoffs)

      CEO is a greedy, volatile, lying, deceitful, unethical micro-manager Non-recruiters/staffers are grossly underpaid Cheat job seekers with phony ads, wage stealing, and general misleading and deceitful advertising Unlawful discrimination against job seekers Harassing, uncomfortable work environment filled with frat boys and catty women Employees are treated like cash cows, and if you're not a top earner, forget about advancing your career
