Pros
You don't have to be smart in order to make a lot of money here. If you like a fraternity environment than this is the place for you. If you are really good at telemarketing and/or cold calling, then you can make a LOT of money here. They have a nice policy for people with children.
Cons
No one respects each other. The management is disrespectful towards their employees. It is not a culturally diverse environment. Inappropriate jokes are a norm here, in large quantities, so if you are sensitive to this than it can be uncomfortable.
