      Pros

      A new CEO was brought in last August (2023) and really helped the company focus on larger opportunities and strategic opportunities. Prior to that, the company was oportunistic and took jobs that might only place a few consultants on billing. The focus has changed and it is showing in the financial results.

      Cons

      It is such a dynamic and rewarding place that you look at your watch and realize it's 9:00 pm

      Horrible Leadership

      Pros

      Some great people work at the organization. Most laid off or quit.

      Cons

      Quite possibly the worst leadership team in the industry. 3 CEO changes in less than 2 years and the most recent switch tanked any culture left at Tandym. It is clear people don’t matter and ethics are non existent. If you want to work for a good old boys club this is the place to be.
