      Pros

      Great people and a lot of motivated, young colleagues . A lot of support across business lines. Leadership is supportive and approachable.

      Cons

      Margins, money, earnings, above all mentality. This is reaffirmed from Senior Leadership down. Everything, including the commision structure, is based off how much money you can make off each person who is working/generating revenue. If you are currently working with execu-search for a job opening, know that the "max rate" they quoted you is a complete farse and based off set margins they have to abide by.

      Thank you for your review. As you know, the staffing industry is sales- centric and our business relies heavily on our revenue generating staff. We promote a culture that benefits all employees, and compensation has a commission component which is based on production. We also have training programs and incentive programs.       Pros

      Technology makes it easy to work from home, decent benefits for an agency

      Cons

      They say that they aren’t metric driven, but that isn’t true at all. They love phone stats and care a lot about how many calls you are making, regardless of how good your results are. Also, there is a ton of miscommunication between management.

      Thank you for your review. Our firm is not a metrics driven firm, yet we do have goals for all of our team members to achieve. We coach and train our staff to be able to hit their goals and if someone is struggling we do our best to understand where they may need more training and offer assistance to them.       Pros

      Management treats every employee like a true professional. Enjoyable atmosphere that allows for a productive work environment. The teams are very welcoming to a new hire. The interview process is gives you a true feel for how the company operates. They are upfront and honest about what they are looking for in a candidate and stay true to their word. If you are motivated and hold yourself accountable this is definitely the place to be!

      Cons

      I would prefer to operate with two computer monitors for production reasons and they only provide one. However, the day to day tasks are still very manageable with one.
