Pros

Culture is great, everyone is young, hard-working and people you can grab a beer with at the end of a hard work week.

Cons

Managers allow employees to treat other employees like dirt, not much opportunity for growth, and there is no opportunity for your voice to be heard. You are a number, and the company will squeeze as much money out of you as possible and give none of it back. The worst part- I was on their health insurance plan and they cut me off of it immediately following my resignation without informing me, and without responding to any calls or emails to inquire about my health. Hard work isn't valued here. I gave resignation and was escorted out of the office a few minutes later just to humiliate me in front of my co-workers.

Pros

Location Colleagues Laid back environment; this depends on what industry though

Cons

This is not a place for smart, driven and curious minds. Its a mediocre environment to say the least, they have no integrity and to them every employee is just a money making instrument.

Pros

Unfortunately, no pros to talk about.

Cons

*High level executives do not care and have no idea what is going on. They are just in it for themselves, especially the new CEO. *Unfaithful company - they do not care about you even if you work as hard as you can. *Wrong Commissions - they skim money off your commissions throughout the year and there is no way for you to confirm what you are being paid is correct. They do not come up with tools for recruiters or sales to monitor their commissions. That is how they make sure you do not know what you are actually supposed to be getting each month. *Payroll - they have had so many issues over the years not paying consultants on time. They have 2 people in payroll for many many employees and they will cover up any mistakes. They do not know how to take taxes out either, so many employees are now faced with thousands of dollars to pay the government at tax time. *Incentives - they will take away yearly trips when they want even when you earn them. *Watch out if they decide to lay you off, they will offer you nothing even if you've dedicated many many years of service to them. *Watch the positive reviews here - they are written by Tandym HR.
