      Great company to join. They take the time and invest in their candidates. They follow up and ensure everyone is on the same page, developing and successful

      Cons

      I can't think of any cons or negatives to say About this company. They are very pleasant and focused on getting their candidates job offers

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity for career growth. A young, vibrant corporate culture. Managers and leadership offer a lot of resources and care about your own personal growth.

      Cons

      The first year can be challenging, as there is a lot to take in and learn. Having good communication with managers about realistic milestones to keep you on track are key.
