Pros

None at all. Maybe focus less on deleting reviews and focus more on being ethical.

Cons

Tandym was responsible for the acquisition of my last company. We were all promised a job, benefits with Tandym. All the upper executives came into our office in a suit and tie, spoke with us, basically "sold" the company to us- talking about how great this opportunity will be! Just a day prior to the official buy out, they let go of 85% of our company, Me being one of them. Our company told us we weren't doing well enough to bring us all along. (Which just sounds like an excuse) With 2 weeks no commission severance, and none of our previous promised commission for filling permanent roles. I had thousands of dollars that was supposed to be issued to me in the next couple of months, but due to our previous company "not existing anymore"- we will never see that money. It is very disappointing to the people that were very loyal to this company prior to the buyout. We were the reason the company was so successful and the reason why Tandym even wanted to acquire us in the first place. All and all, if your company is going through a buyout with Tandym- RUN!!! It seems like they are just dirty and wanted our clients, not the employees/culture.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT

Pros

I was excited to start a new career with Tandym after 10+ years at another job. The excitement halted quickly. No pros here.....

Cons

This is the reason this company has been in business for 40 years. Bring people in use them to get what they need done and then lay you off. This is done without a care of how this effects people. To many Directors and not enough people to do the actual job. Your Directors are the cancer of the company. We are all humans and business professionals. No one wants to be spoken to like a 2-year-old. Upper management is just as bad. Don't answer your emails on an "Open Door Policy". They bring you and throw you to the Directors.

Lots to work on

Pros

IF you get a good manager, possibly can make good money.

Cons

Can't get the basics correct, like payroll. The sales team dropping like flies and the leadership doing a poor job of hiring experienced replacements. Hopefully, favoritism isn't happening on the team you land on. Don't dare ask for a raise. When getting hired, go in high on your base because it will likely never change. Many leaders in the firm, have been there since college so they do not come with ANY outside experience, but swear they are industry experts. Don't expect real support from leadership, they will work their agenda and have no problem throwing you under the bus to make themselves look better. The system wasn't installed with all capabilities so it's weak in providing accurate information. Schedule- they say they are flexible however they aren't. Many members of leadership speak as though they are in a frat house with their buddies and disrespect others freely.
