      Be careful - Tanium portrays a perfect image on the outside but its a different story on the inside

      Pros

      The first year is ok until you realise that unless you are not near the top, your voice is not heard

      Cons

      Unless you are not in higher levels of the hierarchy, you can find yourself stuck at the same level for a number of years. Trust is not given to employees, and the voice of the more senior members is listened to blindly, even at the detriment of those on the levels below. It's recently become a very toxic environment.

      Pros

      I have been at Tanium for over 2 years and plan to stay, this is the best place I've worked in my career. We have an incredible mission, we're surrounded by really smart and passionate people, and the work I get to do every day is rewarding. Great pay, great benefits, love that we are remote-first permanently (except sales), great enablement and training resources if you want them.
