      Pros

      Had 8 interviews overall, but the interview process weeds out many who are not qualified or are not willing to be a team player. The culture here is different than anything else I have seen before. Everyone is more than willing to help you learn and get the information you need to be successful. The culture really encourages you to be the best you can be. Fully remote, good health insurance, and 401K match. Unlimited PTO that is actually encouraged to be used (they will make you take time off if you don't take enough time for yourself).

      Cons

      The 8 weeks of training was very useful, but it wasn't specifically geared to each persons role. Some of us were engineers, some were TAMs, but there was no ESE specific training.
