Pros

The leadership, specifically COO is willing to teach, help, and support your growth. The best boss I have ever had. Working remotely is also a huge win for me, given my family circumstances. It has been a bit less than a year and I could not be happier. Furthermore, the company is frugal with their money and hiring practices which at the current economic outlook helps me feel like it is being run by grownups.

The operations team members are fairly nice!

Cons

The work life balance is a joke. The bulk of their executive leadership has resigned within months of each other. The company has a toxic culture and the CEO bullies his staff. Beware of fake reviews written by the CEO to boost ratings on Glassdoor!
