Cons
This is the most toxic work environment I have ever been in and I’ve worked at my fair share of companies. Leadership is terrible and I still have PTSD from my experience here. No direction from management and instead they will point the finger at everyone else (but never themselves) and will openly blame and bad-mouth teammates in front of everyone. They believe that micromanagement and harsh criticism is a good way to motivate the team, but it does the exact opposite, which is evident with the high turnover. Only work here if you are willing to sacrifice your mental health. Beware.
