Pros

If you're looking to join a fast-growing, Series A FinTech that has received numerous awards and offers ambitious employees with an entrepreneurial drive and mindset to accel and further drive success, Tapcheck is for you. From top to bottom, Tapcheck leadership and employees are committed to the success of their employer customers and wellbeing of their employees. Despite well over 100x growth over the last 3 years, Tapcheck is very early in its evolution and offers entry to senior-level opportunities to those looking to be challenged and rewarded across functions. Those who work well with ambiguity and can help mature and formalize processes, solutions, and metrics to measure and track individual, departmental, and company success will thrive at Tapcheck.

Cons

Tapcheck is not for individuals who can't handle the ambiguity and constant change of a fast-growing start-up. Our core values focus on humility, grit, growth [mindset], and raising the bar. Every individual is expected to evolve and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
