Cons

You will not be paid on time and if you are paid it will be extremely short. Keep in mind when it comes time for taxes...expect to be paying a lot. So don't spend your whole paycheck.

The people in all levels of the organization are phenomenal. You will be joining a diverse team of highly qualified people.

Cons

As with any startup, work life balance is difficult to attain. The culture highly values perseverance and grit and senior leadership is very hard working themselves. Consequently, Tapingo is an environment with long work days and weekend responsibilities for most departments.
