Pros

Friendly environment with cool people to meet all day you get to basically make your own shift and work when you want

Cons

The biggest turn off to me was to know that I don't actually get my online transaction tips I work hard for tapingo keeps all that and minimizes you to the regular 3 dollar per order that you make give your hard workers there tips it's how we make money!

Pros

Great office and location Wonderful coworkers Relative autonomy

Cons

No employee appreciation No investment in employee retention, training, or professional growth CEO acts like it's a 200 person company, and refuses to talk to people who make him uncomfortable Treats student employees like crap High pressure for no apparent reason Constantly shifting growth, sales, and operations - no scalable vision Insane expectations for availability due to the engineering team working in Israel Inefficient use of funding Sexism and cronyism perpetuated by the executive team Fraudulent core values

Thank you very much for sharing your feedback. We take your comments seriously and will continue working hard to create an environment where everyone feels supported and appreciated. We feel really fortunate to have a good number of teammates who’ve been with the company since its earliest days. We hope it’s the chance to make an impact and have a career-defining opportunity that keeps them here, but also our continued investment in culture and employee satisfaction. With our program of Brown Bag Brunches, happy hours, Chezpingos, All Hands meetings, and requests for employee feedback, we actively seek to create a culture where everyone feels included and excited to be part of a great team. We totally understand that working for a startup is challenging: processes often don’t exist, there’s a ton of ambiguity, and the business moves quickly as priorities and expectations change. We also recognize that the balance between employees having autonomy while also receiving regular feedback and individual development opportunities can be difficult to strike. We’re aiming to do better!

Pros

Fun to deliver food to happy, hungry students! Fun to use Slack. Key is Tapingo RX app! Simple, easy job!

Cons

There seems to be managers present who will contact you at odd hours of the day like 4:06 in the morning! If you get upset or question it, you will soon have your Slack account "disabled" . . . And manager who contact you @ 408 in the morning later, will still have job even if you don't!
