      Pros

      -Being a part of a team to accomplish a goal. -The opportunity to reach out and support the community with various events that were offered, and from what I put together. -The relationships made with people that you have the ability to change and affect.

      Cons

      -Work/life balance was a struggle. -Recognition wasn't always given to help motivate employees. -A lot of politics are involved when it comes to growth opportunities, so that takes the joy out of the work that is being done.

      Team environment, bonus opportunites and excellant initial training for Executives.

      Cons

      Not really interested in protecting assests, just selling more products. Want you to work unlimited hours, especially during holiday season.
