Pros

2, paid 15 minute breaks and 1, 30 minute unpaid lunch during an 8 hour shift. The pay is decent considering Arkansas minimum wage is 11. Team members, Team Leads, and Executive Team Leads work together to achieve a common goal.

Cons

Understaffed, so typically required to work more than what your responsibilities call for. Can sometimes be stressed to work harder to meet deadlines, and can lead to burnout.

Pros

This is my first retail job, but it has been enjoyable so far because of the department I am in. The pay makes up for some of the frustrations.

Cons

Fast pace that can be stressful at times.
