Pros
Good team environment with all team members working towards a common goal . Good compensation and benefits package. Very responsive to employees needs on a HR basis
Cons
The brand of the store was being sacrificed to the bottom line. Communication was often on a need to know basis that left many people in the dark. Too many kids in management positions that have no experience or work ethic .
