Great people, good pay and benefits

Cons

Totally discriminates against anyone over 30 .especially white msles. The company is pushing the agenda to be diverse by hiring and promoting mostly woman and POC in order to use it as a marketing ploy

At the time I was making nearly 12 dollars at the start

Cons

Unrealistic duties such as being in charge of various departments all by one's self and getting yelled at for not smiling and promoting the store card to customers despite not being hired as a cashier
