Store-level can be great but Corporate makes it frustrating

Pros

Flexible hours, Employee discount, personally have had a very positive experience with other team members.

Cons

Corporate really pushes the lean staffing - essentially meaning all employees feel rushed to do everything, all but exploiting the hard-working team members who work themselves to the bone to try to "keep the ship running".

Pros

Being a big corporation, Target makes everything from pay, to punch sheets available on an app. Many coworkers were nice individuals who genuinely wanted to help customers and help me learn.

Cons

Management plays favorites, often offering extra hours to a select few individuals. They retract hours like mad, and do not work with you on the schedule, I was often scheduled outside of my availability, and scorned for not coming in on the days where I had been documented as not available.

Nice coworkers, clear communication, & paid on time

Cons

Every single associate is severely overworked, they do not respect your stated availability and will always call you on your day off. Management was cliquey.
