Pros

There are good opportunities for mentorship, but very dependent on what department and what team you end up on.

Cons

Opaque and extremely questionable decision making from executive leadership, with a distinct lack of accountability. More than 1/3rd of staff are at or near executive leadership, putting more pressure on middle and entry level talent. While primarily a digital political marketing firm, the company has expanded into alternative areas of business with limited success. Particularly troubling was an expansion into a Crypto practice several months before multiple industry heavyweights collapsed. Unclear the degree to which executive leadership is willing to adapt to employee needs following layoffs in January.

Pros

Targeted Victory operates like a family. As the office manager, I was fortunate enough to have a relationship with everyone on staff, and I truly enjoyed my interactions with each person. The management has a strong drive for success in the company as well as the individual employees. They take time to make sure there is a team atmosphere and that everyone is working toward common goals. Work hard, play hard is definitely their motto. While there is a lot of work, especially during election seasons, there is a strong sense of community and you feel like you're all in the same boat. My particular position allowed for great autonomy. The senior management put a lot of trust in me to do my job in the best way I knew how, keeping in mind that I wanted the best for the company, too. In my experience, there is intrinsic reward in the work itself, and the compensation (benefits, salary, atmosphete, independence, friendships, etc included) really makes the job a once in a lifetime experience.

Cons

The only con for me was having to leave! I moved away, but I still keep in contact with the company and the great friends I've made.

Pros

- Targeted Victory will allow you to work with some of the smartest people in the industry - You will work with unique clients and complex work that will challenge you to provide unique solutions - There is always a culture to work harder, work smarter and come up with the best client solutions

Cons

- Less a con and more an FYI: It's a fast-paced environment that requires drive; this should be expected from anyone accepting the job.
