Pros

- You work with the most talented marketing and political strategists in the industry - The executive/leadership in the company are not only the most professional and intelligent, but they are very easygoing - The company recognizes your hard work very well, from top to bottom, and make sure it does not go unnoticed. - Work is very mission-oriented - HR department is exceptional at their job, and they run the extra mile to make sure that everyone in the company is well - All in all, little-to-no complaints

Cons

Just like working in political campaigns running in very company races, expect to work extended hours especially when election day approaches. Targeted Victory is for those who are mission-driven, not for those who don't work with purpose or passion in the field of work. This shouldn't be a con, but rather a warning for those don't have the mission mindset.

Pros

- Very flexible PTO policy - Central location - Quick and efficient on-boarding

Cons

- sink or swim culture - training is not solidified. The management to begin with is toxic because everyone looks out only for themselves - narrow-minded culture - makes effort to be diverse but incapable - overall toxic

Pros

The leadership is invested in your professional growth. If you work hard and put in the effort, there are so many options. If you want to learn something new or be exposed to a different part of the company, the leadership encourages it and sets up situations for that to happen. Additionally, the salary and quarterly bonuses are very competative comparable to the industry.

Cons

There are going to be times when there are long hours/hard projects. The trade-off is more flexible vacation and some down seasons.
