      Pros

      Great work/life balance, awesome boss, fantastic coworkers. Felt very valued. I grew a lot while I was there, and the company definitely invests and rewards those who put in the time.

      Cons

      Experiences are definitely variable across the company, so keep that in mind! It is what you make it. The company is what the company is, it can't be everything for everyone.

      Unlimited PTO, upward mobility for high achievers, profit sharing and stock options, culture

      Cons

      Long Hours, many competing needs, slow to automation so some teams are just now scaling extensively high stakes needs based on political/crisis comms environment (do not work here unless you are ok with industry/business model)

      I have read a lot of bad comments, but in my experience, this is the best company I ever worked with (and there have been many over the years) The support, guidance, and value I received from my teammates, manager, and in the company in general were invaluable
