Great Culture, Friendly Staff

Pros

Great place to start out, especially if you're interested in politics. The exposure to client work is pretty immediate, and lots of trust and responsibility placed on junior staff. The office layout is cool and the hours are flexible for the most part. Executives are available and approachable, and a lot of senior staffers serve as mentors. Overall welcoming staff and on-boarding process is thorough.

Cons

Long hours, work can be stressful.
