Pros

- Work is engaging and challenging, you will be exposed to top-tiered clients - Fun, casual environment

Cons

While the culture varies drastically within each team, there is no excuse for many of the things that occur at Targeted Victory. While the company says this casual environment is part of their company culture and a strength, it made for an uncomfortable workplace. Employees leave at 2 pm to go golfing and leave others to do their work. You will find employees across the office dipping chewing tobacco, both at their desks and even in meetings. At times, I felt looked down upon as a female employee, particularly as there is only one female director in the entire company. Male employees treat the workplace like a frat house, and this gives little room for a female employee to enjoy the "amazing company culture". Overall, if you want to be taken seriously and have your education and knowledge valued, this may not be the setting for you.

Intern Review

Pros

There is an open line of communication between the interns and their managers. The teams are very good about integrating the interns into the workplace. The company is very flexible with time off when needed. The majority of the company is relatively young, creating a fun and inviting workplace. I definitely learned a lot about my field and gained valuable experiences. My team was always very flexible and willing to teach me whatever I wanted to know. Everything I learned was extremely useful and will definitely come in handy later down the line. The workplace is a really great environment - very enjoyable to work in.

Cons

There wasn't always a steady flow of work and expectations weren't always clear, although this was always fixed when clarification was requested. There is a bit of tedious intern work, but it definitely isn't the bulk of the work here and really isn't bad.

Pros

I worked for a lot of different organizations in my career but no other company really promotes such a great working environment. These are the reasons why: - Managers give you the freedom to operate in your most productive capability which is very engaging for the entrepreneurial spirit - Amazing work/life balance - Not constricted to the confines of a 9-5, make your hours as long as you get 40 in - People are very welcoming - Casual attire - Ability to work from home when needed - Company sponsored happy hours once a month, and tech tuesdays for people who want to learn new technology, and after work club sports like bball, softball, and soccer. - Last but not least, you get to work with some really cool technology

Cons

- Not for the type that just want to be told what to do and follow instructions - Could use more funding to all departments rather than a few that seem to take the lion share - Growth seems new and a learning process but requires some patience
