Pros

Salary is market standard/reasonable, all around experience in several aspects of the digital political campaign

Cons

Cult- like, cliquey, not inclusive, but worst of all the CEO who spent months and months talking about how we are different than all other agencies would never have to worry about getting let go, spent a ton of money on a lavish holiday party knowing that fhe staff would get let go and unable to pay their rents and expensive bills only to let 150 people go. Not sure how the CEO sleeps at night , Also a toxic culture of toxic masculinity and mansplaining

Pros

Like a Internet startup. Casual attire -- short pants flip flops OK. Happy hour every month with beer and alcohol. Innovative with using cutting edge technology.

Cons

If you are not Republican or Conservative don't bother applying.
