      Pros

      Global Reach with some products. Business is still good. Some innovation but now over matched on sustainability

      Cons

      Plain old Mismanaged Company. Managers are clueless about what your job is and how to do it, but they will micromanage every detail. Unethical and insular company culture used to control people. Nepotism abounds. Good-ol-boy network alive and well. Teams overworked and running in circles. Work-Life Balance out the window, all for customers. Yet, many of those customers do not pay on time.

      Some of staff/management team not able to handle the techinical issues. Lack of human management skills and sometimes inappropriate behavior.

      Great products and solutions, green and evironmental safe flooring prodcuts. Great alternative to carpet.

      Cons

      Lacking leadership and support for sale reps in the field. No clear direction, not clear who and what customers come first. Not sure why customers were not appreciated.
