Very dedicated and hard working people.

Cons

No monetary incentives or bonuses or raises, nothing that makes you want to work harder. Should have some positions work from home. All departments can't take advantage of some of the non-monetary incentives, such as ballgames and half a day on Friday due to work load.

Cons

Negative employee feedback , No SAP training offered to employees,Management needs much improvement, Lack of direction, needs to promote better teamwork.
