      A little more freedom than most plants as long as you do your job

      Cons

      Upper management is a joke they don't help or listen. If you don't kiss up to them and do what they want that's never good for you no home life expects you to work overtime. There's no breaks in extrusion, they expect you to work 12 hours with no break. Anyone wants a real good job doing extrusion go to shaw your appreciated there more strict
