I think they take safety seriously. They paid me well.

Cons

You will be encouraged to allow defective product to pass through the system, only to then be tasked with reducing customer complaints. You cannot win. I filled-in for my manager at a Tier III meeting and heard managers ridicule and demean hourly workers. There is simply no culture of respect and appreciation at this employer.

Insurance through the Union was free. Pretty good supervisors and Leads. Pay is decent. Above average. Not micromanaged.

Cons

Long hours. Mandatory OT. Barely any work/life balance. No real chance for advancement unless you've been there a long time.
