      Pros

      It's a job.... Retirement match at 4% Job security Good work life balance

      Cons

      HR only hires people they know who are usually not qualified. There is absolutely no career advancement. Regarding the higher paying jobs the mangers are placed in the positions not hired from within at all. Managers put off their work on everyone else. The lowest paid employees end up keeping things moving because the managers are either no where around, do not know what to do, or take so long to figure it out it takes 10 times as long as it should.

      Cons

      Demands aren’t supported with resources to accomplish, impatient, no strategy, to much hip shooting. Watch out leadership lacks direction and know how.
