      Pros

      full coverage of insurance benefits - associates very nice and helpful - company recognizes good ideas and overall work ethics - on high side of pay scale

      Cons

      Company is global and need to be in contact with France, Sweden, etc..SAP System that was put in has a huge learning curve and a lot of bugs still need work out

      Pay is good, 401k match and new building

      Cons

      There is very little direction within departments, no strategy is ever shared with employees and you feel like you're on an island by yourself most of the time. There is also no path for advancement, even though it's something HR has said this is a priority focus, they continue to post jobs externally - never send out an internal notification - and most managers are hired from outside the company. You're guilted into staying longer hours and managers make you feel guilty for wanting to spend time with family, taking a vacation or even going to a doctor appointment.
