Pros

HQ office is small and family oriented. Every employee is valued for their hard work, opinions, and drive. Including the co-founders, leadership team is not afraid to challenge each other’s ideas, their employees’ ideas, and the outsourcing industry as a whole. Energetic group and environment - music in the halls, fun tournaments/happy hours, and dog-friendly office space. Transparent organization - the company is privately held, but they prioritize the communication of financials strategic decisions of the company on a monthly & quarterly basis.

Cons

HQ office is understaffed. “Do More with Less” is a core value for a reason! Longer hours and work/life imbalance is fairly common among all departments/levels of the organization. Due to heavy workloads and results-driven outcomes from senior management, managers do not prioritize career growth/opportunities for their junior members.

Lots of motivated and hard working people. Great office vibe in Santa Monica office. Senior Mgmt is very open to employee feedback

Cons

Fast pace and lots of high pressure work 24/7 takes getting used to.

• Employees are granted significant, impactful responsibilities • Grants autonomy and freedom in execution of deliverables • Transparency in high level decisions and strategy • Accessible executive team • Friendly work environment

Cons

• 'Do more with less' is the modus operandi. You are constantly put to the test of delivering excellence with constraints. Self-reliance is key. • Pace of the job is unpredictable. Some days are light, some days are heavy. Some say, "when it rains, it pours" but considering our Philippines roots, the phrase could be applied as "When it rains, it's pours, and the tsunami is still on its way" • No kegerator ;)
