Pros

TaskUs has a great company culture with dedication to continuous improvement. People here take pride in the work we do and it is quite special to have a team of people who enjoy working with each other so much. We are able to achieve incredible growth as a company based on us pushing each other and keeping each other accountable to a high standard.

Cons

Company is growing rapidly but this is a good challenge to have, and in fact, we attract people who welcome challenges and use it as an opportunity for self and team development.

Company of ambitious, hard working and incredibly compassionate and thoughtful people. Place where learning on the job is a requirement, and where you will have to be comfortable with being held accountable and moving fast. Strong growth prospects and two very smart and accessible founders who take feedback and listen. International business and an amazing portfolio of clients. Great opportunity to put your stamp on things and perfect your craft, whatever it may be -- but you have to have the confidence to go for it. Great people, meaningful and valuable experience. Cons

Very heavy emphasis on growth that can trump thinking things through and working smarter not just harder. Not much of a work-life balance, which is to be expected in a growth company but still a recurring issue that can weaken the company's emphasis on creating a strong employee experience. Lots of competing priorities without clear sense of why some things are even priorities. Interesting benefits like Washio credits, paid mindfulness classes, but overall pretty basic. Not enough investment in professional development, leadership training or career planning.

Exciting place to work, room for growth, great people, great clients

Pros

The Santa Monica team is driven, passionate, and really nice. We like to have fun but there's a ton of work going on. Everybody knows what's expected and just gets after it. The company really operates off of the core values, and it shows.

Cons

Fast paced, so if you're not ready for that, probably not a good fit.
