Everything is bad here ever since the pandemic the company has changed they like to paint a pretty picture of how they are one of the best companies to work for but it’s all lies they actively ask and tell employees to take the surveys so they can be named a good workplace which they are not there is no communication they are very shady and constantly lying. They do not care about employees whatsoever they literally move hundreds of jobs overseas. Now they’re telling employees they have to pick something in another city they didn’t apply for or be fired. There is no growth nor performance incentive. They increase pay every few years and only by cents. No job security. Just look up how they are in legal trouble for lying to investors.

The benefits are pretty good.

Cons

First of all, management sends you a task to leave a review before the end of the 1st week of training (when everything seems great). Secondly, they tell you training is 5 weeks and it's only 3. You were able to shadow an experienced team member 2 hours a day for 1 week. Then, you take your first call with the shadower who cannot hear the customer BTW, then you're on your own.. not even kidding.. The last 2 weeks you're solo on the phones taking calls on subjects that NEVER came up in training. You're told to give it 30 to 45 days before you're comfortable. Are you kidding me? We should be at the very least be partially comfortable by the end of training. There is MAJOR favoritism and it's blatant. If you're looking for even semi professionalism you won't find it here.
