      Pros

      Plenty of enterprise work for skilled professionals. Great co-workers accelerating business change in a collaborative style. My working co-hort is always excellent, interested and proactive. Proven team mates with plenty to offer each engagement. Good peer relationships and wonderful friends each and every time I am picked up by TCS.

      Upper management is distant, reclusive and perceived as being far away.

      Pros

      Big client names against ur resume. Ability to maintain Relationship with client. Toughness to take any nonsense available in the market. Ethical values and equal opportunity to both males and females.

      Cons

      bureaucracy, favouritism especially since management is a of particular region. Long projects so same work for ages. No thinking and challenges posted on job. Incompetitive management. No transparency in anything. No communication by management. Performance appreciation totally based on dependency in coming assignment and your ability to keep your manager happy by accepting whatever he says and never expressing any of your views. No freedom to exercise your ideas. Almost no growth and low salaries.
