      nothing, coasting days are over.

      Cons

      pay is subpar, leadership have no clue, they don't care about employee as long as employee is billable they wont bother. Only time they will reach out to you is when you missed to fill last week timesheet and this is the only connect you'll ever have with them.

      It provides a salary. That is all.

      Cons

      Where to begin...hired me for one role but ended up doing something completely different. The job is not intellectually stimulating at all. Bonuses were delayed 2 months with no communication. Thankfully they actually paid them this year. Leadership is very dense, constantly belittling the offshore team in front of their peers, and overall have poor client management skills. Lastly, as an IT company they have HORRIBLE internal tech. Please do better.
