Pros

Work exposure is amazing. A chance to shift your domain/function through an internal career shift program that company has. Employees are encouraged to undergo a comprehensive training and certification program. Also, a substantial training certification reimbursement policy is in place to encourage employees to undertake this certification programs. There is a useful insurance policy given for employees. Some good leave benefits and much more on list.

- Great joining salary - games and outings - good new Development Projects, long running trustworthy clients. - Onsite opportunity for Seniors

Cons

- Very low salary hikes - not at all employee friendly salary structure - Bangalore office gets nearly all the benefits and budget - Managers really don't know how to speak to collogues, many need to get soft skill trainings - Working weekends

Company is good but lot of politics inside.

Cons

Lot of politics... looks like now a days lot of fires happening...they don’t have projects ... Simply they hire people and fire in next 4-5 months
