      Pros

      in the first look, you will feel you are in the right place, based on look and feel, distance from the city, and work culture.

      Cons

      If we are intelligent enough you will realise how effective the management is good in their projection on their business plans, upcoming projects and opportunities and also on making their views or plans as transparently as possible related to the role and designation they have hired you for. If on the bench you need to be the best puzzle solver to understand what next.

      Once upon a time TAVANT use to be dream company for few techies.. Turned around...

      Pros

      All the policies benefits and employees care are running now as nightmare. People are leaving like joined an institution. Don't know where the management is snoring in deep sleep. Year by year the hike percentage gradually decreasing.

      Cons

      All is visible to management still all playing with careers of employees.
