      No pros, only the cons.

      Cons

      Joined as a fresher in campus hiring as a 2022 pass out, then they put a few months on the bench then declared that they cannot pay your salary and forced the freshers to stay on sabbatical or leave. This is Tavant Technologies, this company has set the benchmark for the worst company ever possible, with no management. You ask something to HR, he/she directs you to another HR and the circle goes on.

      Good intial package Good office infrastructure (Doesn't matter as everyone is working from home) Good office environment but not too all the teams

      Cons

      No hikes based on performance Extra working hours Seniors are not the talented to learn things from them except some No diversity ( all employees belong to same region from my team alone) No reward for risk and extra commitments Politics play good role here
