      Pros

      Only pros is, there flexi in/out time and you need to be inside company between 11 a.m - 4 p.m

      Cons

      1- you won't get chance to Lear new technologies 2- all power relies in hand of manager. knowingly or unknowingly if hurt the ego of any manager, you will have to pay for it in terms of (you may not get desired project that matches your skill set, you won't get appreciation, you won't get appraisal etc) and many more. Not sufficient project

      can waste more time in extra curriculum activities.

      Cons

      They are doing firing. No proper explanation for any thing. Your work doesn't matter for management. No care for people. No proper system for hike and promotions. No support from management. No professionalism. Male Employee(Architect) used to yell and use foul language at all(including female employee) employee who are younger to him and managers are seeing and not taking any action. If you complaint to HR then they are also not doing any thing and your manager will blame you for HR complaint. No work life balance. No appreciation for your hard work .
