Six month notice period for freshers. Learning and growth depends on the project you are in and the manager

Tavant has always emphasized on learning at your pace and we have content on our Learning Website that helps and enables all our employees to scale up. However there can be instances that learning can be completely project driven based on the technologies we are working on for which necessary training are arranged. There are learning champions in all locations that partner with central training team to offer employees with specific training programs.
