You will learn a lot and work on lot of new technologies. I learnt a lot and was very happy with the latest technologies that I was able to work with.

Cons

Less onsite opportunities .Employee benefits are not that grate.

Overall experience is good. They take many initiative to entertain and grow as a family.

Cons

Over a period of time the initiative taken for entertainment and employee satisfaction is fading and some things are done only because its a part of the tradition but not actual interest is involved. Though its just my personal view.
