Good recognition and fun at work. Very good managers and architects . Good hike and salary at par with market. people stick here for very long. good visibility. Good long term onsite opp for ppl who stick for a long time.This company can be a good long term investment.

Cons

no projects for some skill. too many people in bench for a few technologies. but for mainstream technologies there are enough projects.

Good work life balance. Get recognized for your work. get to work on different technologies sometimes very challenging. Cool managers and frequent team lunches( depends on the team you are in ).

Cons

Bad facilities and infrastructure. No benefits or bonuses apart from insurance. No work from home option. not much onsite opportunity. Salary hikes are less.
