      Pros

      Employee friendly company. Had a 6+ years tenure with Tavant technologies and had a smooth work life balance. Some projects are good . Worked on long tenure for mortgage domain project and its been fantastic journey.

      Cons

      On promotions and appraisals - worst appraisal every year and great politics play a role. Saying about automation and not giving anything to manual testers. Without manual testers, no project can run smoothly in Agile . Automation can be a needed one but that's not the only constraint to give appraisals and good hike.

      I have been employed at tavant for 2 years, I have seen Team lead was not supportive at all , used rough and rude language, if we have asked any question about work, never given any answer for the question.. about managers they are having politics including Hr . So, overall one of the worst experience with this company.
