Growth opportunities. Working hours were 8.5. Work life balance. Breakfast coupon if you reach by 9AM If you stay till 7 then coupon for evening snack. Incase you stay in office after 8:30 then 250₹ for food claim.

Cons

There is one deadline for reaching office by 11AM. Less increment. Less onsite opportunities. Lots of politics.
